Manly Brothers A-Grade win the 9s Grand Final
On the night of Friday 4th July, the Manly A-Grade took an early lead in their first game, but things got nervous when the final score was 12 points all. They had to win the second game of the night which they did as the voice of the crowd lifted. This took them to the Grand Final.
This match was passionate, frenetic and brutal as the crowd lifted to a frenzy to bring our boys home. Sweat poured from every brow and every hit was a bone shaker. The team’s mascot “Buster Tackel” sprinted up and down the side line and demanded ever more. Our A-Graders didn’t disappoint and came home the 8 to 0 winners over Cromer.
Congratulations from the whole club…
In order to plan effectively, we would really appreciate it if all players and staff will register their interest for 2017 as soon as possible. Our new online system does not require payment at this time. So please go ahead and register for 2017 now!
